The last year from which the bound volume of Statutory Instruments is available is 1965 and that was published in 1971.
I do not regard this situation as satisfactory and I am examining the possibility of bringing about more expeditious publication in future.

It is intended that the next General Index of Statutory Instruments, covering the years 1971 to 1974, will be published in the second half of 1975.
