asked the Minister for Lands why the FitzGerald estate at Caherugga, County Cork was not acquired by the Land Commission for division among uneconomic land holders in the district.

asked the Minister for Lands why the Barry estate at Cahertwohill, County Cork was not acquired for division among uneconomic holders in the area.

Cavan): With the permission of the Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 127 and 128 together.

From the particulars furnished it has not been found possible to identify the holdings referred to by the Deputy but if further details are supplied I will arrange to have the matter examined.
