Trade matters of mutual interest were discussed in the course of these talks. The talks were useful and constructive and helped to further develop the trade and commercial contacts between Ireland and Bulgaria.
It was agreed that while trade between the two countries has expanded in recent years there is considerable room for further expansion.
In those talks was any pressure put on the Minister to have a Bulgarian Embassy established here?
The answer is, "no".
