Note : Above rates are increased by £0.35 per week after 6 months service.
Service Pay : All employees in the above grades qualify for service pay at the rate of £0.25, £0.50, £0.75 and £1 weekly after 5, 10, 15 and 20 years service respectively.
Holidays : All employees in the above grades are allowed three weeks annual holidays in addition to the six Public Holidays.
