asked the Minister for Local Government when planning permission was sought by a person (name supplied) at Cullinagh, Newcastle West, County Limerick in respect of a commercial development in a residential area; the decision of the county council on the application; the date the appeal against the county council decision was received in his Department; the date and the grounds on which the appeal was upheld; and the date and terms of the notification to the objectors of the decision on the appeal.

The application for planning permission for this development was received by the planning authority on 16th March, 1972. The Planning authority decided to refuse the application for permission. The appeal against the planning authority's decision was received on 25th May, 1972. A decision to grant permission was made on 8th March, 1973. No objections to the development were made to the Minister on the appeal.
