The present strength at Keel Garda Station is one sergeant and two gardaí.
In view of experience during the past few years, particularly during holiday time, is the Minister satisfied that Garda strength is sufficient to police the area properly?
I am satisfied that the strength of the Garda is adequate for requirements in the area and I understand that during holiday periods particularly it is supplemented by a patrol car based at Newport.
