asked the Minister for Local Government the number of appeals that have been upheld under section 35 of the Housing Act, 1966.

From 1st February, 1973, the date on which the scheme was introduced, up to 30th June, 1973, there have been 33 successful appeals under section 35 of the Housing Act, 1966.
