As the Deputy will be aware, I announced in the Dáil in the course of the debate on the Supplementary Estimate for the Vote for Foreign Affairs on 28th June that the Government had approved the establishment of an interim agency for personal service in developing countries. The initial steps to implement the Government's decision have been taken but the agency has not yet been set up.
