asked the Minister for Justice the number of complaints, if any, received by his Department in respect of the operation of the Irish Hospital Sweepstakes.

asked the Minister for Justice if any formal queries have been received by him from foreign Governments in respect of the Irish Hospital Sweepstakes.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 20 and 21 together.

As a matter of general principle, it would not be proper for me to give information of this nature about an individual, identified body.

Has the Minister yet received the draft of the Deputy's Private Member's Bill to amend the Sweepstakes Act?

I have not.

22.

asked the Minister for Justice if he has yet received any proposals to increase sellers' bonuses on winning sweep tickets.

I have but I would regard any proposals of this nature as confidential.
