Certain legal and other formalities had to be completed before the agreement of my Department could be given for the sale of the former national school premises at Bennetschurch, County Waterford. I am happy to say that those matters have now been disposed of and that my Department will be communicating with the reverend manager's solicitor without delay as to the payment to be made in respect of the State's interest in the premises.
