Vol. 267 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Clare Estate.

7.

asked the Minister for Lands the cause of the delay in dividing the Baker estate, Derrygariff, Crusheen, County Clare.

The Land Commission obtained possession of the property referred to on 1st September, 1971, but due to the pressure of more urgent cases it has not yet been possible to prepare a scheme for the disposal of the lands. Every effort will be made to deal with the matter as early as possible.
