Vol. 268 No. 9

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 4, 5, 8, 7, 10, 9 and 11 and, in No. 11, Votes 27 to 33, resumed, and Vote 37.

I would like to ask the Chair if he has considered my application to have the current power crisis discussed under Standing Order No. 29.

Deputy Barrett was good enough to give me notice of his intention to raise this matter. I have considered it and I agree that it is a proper motion and one which is contemplated under Standing Order No. 29 and I propose to afford the Deputy an opportunity of debating the matter provided the rule is conformed with and I would now ask those Members who support the motion to rise in their places.

The Deputies rose.

The motion will be taken at 9 p.m. until 10.30 p.m.
