The answer to the question is "yes" but the timing of the allocation of funds for the various projects in UCD is still under consideration.
How can the answer be "Yes" when the question was "When"?
Perhaps the "Yes" was put into the answer so as to infer that, in principle, there was agreement to the sanctioning of such moneys but we are not in a position to indicate a time in which the sanction might be conveyed. I concede that the Deputy has a point.
