Of the 68 active group water scheme proposals on the Department's files at 30th September last— 16 schemes comprising 639 houses were in progress; 3 schemes comprising 59 houses had been designed; 6 schemes comprising 76 houses were in course of design; 43 schemes catering for an unknown number of houses were at earlier stages of planning= 68.
In addition, 21 schemes serving 241 houses had been fully completed and all grants paid.
