Vol. 270 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Kildare Planning Permission.

135.

asked the Minister for Local Government why planning permission in respect of an industry at Cloncurry, Enfield, County Kildare, was refused in view of the employment prospects it offered in the area.

Applications for planning permissions are made to the planning authority in the first instance. The only way that such applications come before me is by way of appeal against the decision of the planning authority. There is no appeal before me in respect of an industry at Cloncurry, Enfield.

Tell Tommy he would want to wake up.
