The Examiner of Restrictive Practices carried out an investigation into pyramid selling and furnished his report to the Restrictive Practices Commission for examination. Last week I received the observations and recommendations of the commission on the report. It is clear from their findings that action must be taken in relation to pyramid selling, and I expect to be in a position shortly to announce definite steps.
