A Cheann Comhairle, I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland for the Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe which will open in Strasbourg on 6th May, 1974:
Representatives: Deputies Edward Collins, Gerard Collins, Barry Desmond and John O'Leary.
Substitutes: Senator Seán Brosnahan, Deputies Desmond, Governey, Henry P. Dockrell and Thomas Hussey.
