Vol. 272 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Telephone Service.

27.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware of the need for a telephone kiosk at Ballinagree, Macroom, County Cork; and if he will make arrangements to provide it.

The use made of the call office telephone in the sub-post office at Ballinagree is not sufficient to warrant provision of a kiosk there at present.

28.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will sanction a telephone kiosk in the vicinity of Carrig Villas, Castle Villas, Delgany, County Wicklow.

The use made of the call office telephone in the sub post office at Delgany is not sufficient to warrant provision of a telephone kiosk in the general area at present. However, a kiosk is being provided this year at Grattan Park, Greystones, which will be about half mile from the Carrig Villas-Castle Villas area of Delgany.
