I am at present reviewing the prescribed list of long term illnesses for which drugs and medicines can be obtained free of charge. I hope to make a statement on the matter within the next few weeks.
Will the Minister's review be in a positive direction? In other words, will he consider including in the list a number of the long term diseases about which I have put down questions to him from time to time.
They will not be reviewed downwards.
