Before proceeding with Questions, I wish to draw the attention of the House to the fact that Standing Orders provide that Questions on a Thursday should conclude at 3.30 p.m. In view of the changed times of sitting today perhaps the House will agree to an hour for Questions, if necessary, and that the other times specifically mentioned in Standing Orders as relating to a Thursday sitting should also be changed to correspond with those for a Tuesday or Wednesday sitting.
