Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Constitutionality of Acts.

1.

asked the Taoiseach the Acts passed by the British Parliament which applied to Ireland prior to independence and which have been found by the courts to be inconsistent with the Constitution; and the details and date of judgment in each case.

2.

asked the Taoiseach the Statutes passed by the Oireachtas of Saorstát Éireann which have been found by the courts to be inconsistent with the Constitution; and the details and date of judgment in each case.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 1 and 2 together.

The information requested is being compiled and will be sent to the Deputy as soon as possible.
