It is proposed to take No. 10, Vote 3, and No. 11 (Resumed). By agreement it is proposed to take No. 11 (Resumed) after Questions and when completed to resume the Order. By agreement it is also proposed that there will be no time limit to the opening Government and Opposition speakers on the Adjournment Debate and that the closing Opposition and Government speakers will be allowed one hour each. Other speakers will be allowed not more than three-quarters of an hour.
