The Dublin County Council Compulsory Purchase (Tymon North - Kilnamanagh - Tallaght - Templeogue - Greenhills) Order, 1973, relates to 641 acres of land. It was made under the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960, for the purpose of providing residential, industrial, roads and open space development.
A public inquiry is being held into the 30 objections which were made to me against confirmation of the order and in the circumstances it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment on the order.
