It is proposed that they be circulated today and I understand that agreement has been reached whereby the Supplementary Estimate for the Houses of the Oireachtas will be taken tomorrow and that the Supplementary Estimates for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation be taken immediately on the termination of the Votes on the Order Paper already.

Can the Minister say what is the content of the grants for supplementary in Vote No. 2?
There is a variety of items on Vote No 2 including the cost of the Devlin award which applied to Deputies and holders of appointed offices, increased expenditure on travelling expenses, payment of allowances to widows and children of former Members and an increase in the grant-in-aid in the Members' pension scheme arising from improvements in that scheme.
