None of the boilermen employed by the Office of Public Works attended the courses mentioned by the Deputy which were designed for boiler maintenance craftsmen and supervisors. Courses of this nature have been attended by technical and professional members of the staff of the Office of Public Works under whose general direction the boilermen operate.
Has there been a saving in consumption as a result?
