Can the Minister say when phase 2 of the extension will start, if the site has been purchased or plans for the building have been laid out?

That is an arrogant attitude. We demand the protection of the Chair against this type of reply to a question.
Has the Minister got a submission from the parents' committee and the staff of the school in regard to phase 2?

I have not the specific information; I think I remember that they have done so, but I would ask the Deputy to ask a specific question about it so that I can give him accurate information.
I asked about the extension to Cootehill comprehensive school, and the Minister replied about phase 1 of the extension. I am asking about phase 2, and I think the Minister should answer me.

I do agree that is an arrogant attitude.
A Leas-Cheann Comhairle, will you let the Minister away with that? We are an Opposition in a democratic State, and that is not the way to answer questions in a democracy.
The Deputy is well aware that the Chair has no control over the types of answers given in this House. All the Chair can do is deal with the questions and keep order in the House.
