Vol. 276 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork School.

91.

asked the Minister for Education why a water supply and toilets have not been installed in Kilcoe national school, Aughadown, Skibbereen, County Cork.

Mr. R. Burke

It is understood that because of the nature of the site the provision of a water supply and sewerage disposal may be difficult.

The question of amalgamating this school with Lisheen national school has also arisen and the possibility of doing so is at present being investigated.

It is in these circumstances that grants have not been authorised in respect of certain works of improvement at Kilcoe national school.
