I have only very recently seen references in the Press to the existence of the group mentioned in the question and to the existence of a policy document that they have drawn up. However no copy of this document has reached me. If and when it does I will have it examined in the ordinary way.
Would the Minister not be sufficiently interested to examine the report as it appeared in the media to see if it has merits?
The document in question deals with a most complex branch of the law and the necessarily abbreviated account that would appear in the media would be of little real help in enabling me to examine this proposal.
