While the Meath County Committee of Agriculture at their meeting on 21st October decided to send a deputation to my Department and to CBF to discuss the market situation for cattle, no proposal as to a suitable date for the meeting has so far been received in the Department. I can assure the Deputy that officers of the Department will be available to meet the deputation when a suitable date is agreed.
