Vol. 276 No. 13

Vote 21: Office of the Minister for Justice.

I move:

That a sum not exceeding £705,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1974, and ending on 31st day of December, 1974, for the salaries and expenses of the Office of the Minister for Justice, and of certain other services administered by that Office, including a grant-in-aid; and of the Public Record Office, and of the Keeper of State Papers and for the purchase of historical documents, et cetera.

I wonder if I might now put Deputy Loughnane's question, which was not reached on today's Order Paper, as to whether it is now proposed to reopen Fenit Garda station?

I do not know. I will communicate with the Deputy.

Vote put and agreed to.
