I do not expect that this scheme can come into effect during the present session. I would refer the Deputy to the reference to this in my speech of 28th November, 1974, when introducing the debate on the Health Estimate (Official Report, Volume 276).
Can the Minister say if this matter is still on? Can we expect the new health scheme?
This matter is still on. As I said in my speech on the 28th November, I am awaiting a report from the review body I established some time ago.
