I am pleased to be able to say that I have recently arranged to have the value of the pay and emoluments of single non-commissioned officers and men brought up to the equivalent of the married rate of pay.
These arrangements are retrospective to the 1st January, 1974. Payment of arrears will be made as soon as possible.
