There are still some items of work to be completed of which the applicant has been notified. Furthermore, my Department are in communication with the builders about a particular material used in the house.
Arrangements have been made for payment of an instalment of £200. The balance of £125 will be paid when my Department's inspector can certify that the house has been satisfactorily completed.
