Offices of Parliamentary Secretaries: Statement by Taoiseach.

I beg leave to state, for the information of the Dáil, that the Government yesterday appointed Deputy John Kelly, Parliamentary Secretary to the Taoiseach, to the additional office of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Foreign Affairs; Deputy Michael Begley, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government, to the additional office of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Defence, in succession to Deputy Kelly, who had relinquished that office; and Deputy John Bruton, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Education, to the additional office of Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
