Notes:
(1) The total amount in each year comprises receipts from licence duties, fishery rates, grants from the Exchequer and miscellaneous receipts. The figures are for fishery years ending 30 September not calendar years.
(2) The total amount in each year is the amount of the grant in aid in the financial year April/March. It includes a small amount for sea angling development. The bulk of the Trust expenditure goes on inland fishery development. Contributions made to the Trust by its members and miscellaneous receipts by angling bodies are not included.
(3) These figures represent only the direct grants given by the Department towards purchase of Ova/Fry for restocking.
