The booklet itself indicates that it was prepared by the Architecture and Planning Sub-Committee of the National Committee for European Architectural Heritage Year, 1975, and was published by the committee. A grant is made from my Department's Vote towards the expenses of the committee but the detailed implementation of the programme for the year is a matter for the committee and my Department as such does not intervene in it.
