I move:
That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Standing Orders:—
(1) the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Finance Bill, 1975 (including the Order naming the day for Third Stage) if not previously concluded shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 26th February, by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion; and Members as indicated hereunder shall be called on by the Chair on that day to speak in the debate on the Bill not later than the time specified:—
(a) 8.15 p.m. a Member nominated by Fianna Fáil, and
(b) 9.15 p.m. a Member of the Government; and
(2) if a division be demanded on any Question put from the Chair in connection with the proceedings such division shall be taken at 10.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 26th February.
