It is expected to have the returns of local taxation for both 1970-71 and 1971-72 financial years available together, shortly. It is not possible at this stage to say exactly when the returns for 1972-73 and 1973-74 will be available; these returns are based on accounts of their expenditure completed and certified by the local authorities.
