Vol. 279 No. 6

Written Answers. - Unemployment Payment.

100.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will now make arrangements to pay unemployment assistance or unemployment benefit to a person (name supplied) in County Cork.

The person named is not qualified for unemployment benefit. Investigation of his means has, however, established that he is entitled to unemployment assistance and arrangements have been made for the payment at his local post office during the week commencing 22nd March, 1975, of the arrears due to him. Weekly payments will then be made as they accrue.
