Vol. 280 No. 3

Written Answers. - Meath Property Transfer.

170.

asked the Minister for Finance when dealings regarding the transfer of property for a person (name supplied) in County Meath which are at present in the Valuation Office will be completed; and the reason for the delay which is affecting the person's old age pension application.

I have been informed by the Commissioner of Valuation that this case has now been disposed of by his office and has been returned to the adjudication branch, Office of the Revenue Commissioners. Transfers of property which involve old age pension considerations are normally given priority treatment. There was no such indication in the documents submitted to the Valuation Office.
