(Cavan): The formulation of resale proposals for the 25 acre holding referred to has been deferred pending the completion of proceedings for the acquisition of another property in the locality containing some 23 acres. The intention would be to divide both holdings together so that a more effective improvement of small farms in the district can be achieved.
