asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if, in view of the fact that from the 1st May, 1975, 405-line channels on RTE Relays systems will be dropped, he will indicate whether persons who now qualify for free TV licences and who have 405-line sets only and are in no position to buy new sets will be subsidised so that the original purposes of the scheme may be preserved.
