asked the Minister for Finance if, in respect of the departmental funds referred to in the Capital Budget, he will state (a) the name of each fund (b) the amount standing to the credit of each fund at 31st March in 1973, 1974 and 1975 and (c) the percentage of (b) used to finance the Capital Budget in 1973-74, the transitional financial period 1974 and the percentage it is proposed to use in 1975.

It is assumed that the Deputy is referring to the item in the Capital Budget tables "Reduction in liquidity of Departmental Funds."

Following is the information required:—

(a) The funds involved are the Savings Bank Fund Deposit Account, the National Loans Sinking Fund Accounts and the Savings Certificates Reserve Fund.
