At present about 60 office buildings under the control of the Office of Public Works are heated by means of turf.
(Dublin Central): Could the Parliamentary Secretary indicate how many Departments would be included in that figure or does it apply to one particular Department?

The question relates to the number of Government offices and I took that to mean offices in which civil service staffs are engaged on administrative or professional work; the figure would not include such premises as Garda stations, Defence establishments or agricultural institutions.
