A remark which I made last night concerning Deputy O'Malley was described by the Chair as being a political charge and I said I did not intend to cast any reflection on Deputy O'Malley. Unfortunately notwithstanding that, Deputy O'Malley and his colleagues have asked for the withdrawal of the comment I made and in the circumstances, as a contribution towards reasonable discussion, I am disposed to withdraw the remark.
