Vol. 281 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Visa and Passport Application.

15.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will investigate and make a statement on the reason why an application to the Department of Foreign Affairs for a visa and updated passport never reached its destination, although posted in Cork by the applicant (details supplied) on the 21st May, 1975, as a result of which the establishment and development of an industry in Mid-Cork is being delayed.

Inquiries indicate that the application referred to was not put in course of post. It is understood that the passport was issued to the applicant personally at the passport office, Dublin, on 3rd June.
