Vol. 282 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin Lands.

18.

andMr. Gogan asked the Minister for Health if he still retains the lands at Mooneys, Cabra Cross, Navan Road, Dublin; and, if so, for what purpose.

These lands, which I still retain, are no longer needed for hospital purposes for which they were originally acquired.

Consideration is being given to the use of these lands for housing purposes and I am in consultation with the Minister for Local Government on this matter. As the lands were acquired by compulsory purchase order, I am advised that legislation would be necessary before a change of user can be effected.
