Cavan): Proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of a 50acre property in Aughkeely and Lettermore have reached the stage where the lands have actually vested in the Land Commission. Possession could not be obtained, however, and an application is now being made to the Judicial Commissioners for an order for possession under section 19 of the Land Act, 1927.
