asked the Minister for Lands if he will have a survey of the smallholders in the area of the Drakerath estate, County Meath, car ried out with a view to the division locally of the 82 acres of the estate.

(Cavan): The Land Commission have already fully investigated the extent of congestion in the immediate vicinity of the estate referred to and have provided allotments for 16 local people including 4 local migrants. The claims of smallholders in the general area will be further examined in connection with the division of the holdings being exchanged by these migrants.
