asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he will give up-to-date particulars of pay, hours of work and paid holidays of agricultural workers in member countries of the EEC in the form of the reply to Question No. 272 of 20th May, 1975.

The EEC Commission is at present compiling information on wage rates and terms of employment of agricultural workers in all EEC member states and hopes to have more up to date data than that given in reply to a similar question on 26th November, 1974, available within the next few months. The rates currently in operation in Ireland and the United Kingdom are set out in the following table:
